You can train them and they leave - but much worse than that, Staff are your no.1 asset - what if you don't train them and they STAY!!!!!! It is not you who builds your business it is your staff - Grow your staff - Grow your business. Trained people are your biggest asset, untrained people can be your biggest liability.
